  Hands down the best fresh Seafood, as well as, Fish and Chips in Wynnum / Manly area, this is Wynnum's best kept secret!!! After moving bayside from inner city couple of years ago, we were very disappointed by the quality of seafood and fish and chips served along the Esplanade on the waterfront... most of it tasting like the crotch region of the rubber waders from the fisherman that caught the farmed Mekong Catfish that is being sold as Basa or "Barra"... we found this shop by accident, and have not looked back. The fresh seafood including prawns and bugs are fresh and amazing, and you can choose the fish fillets of your liking (I had grilled tuskfish fillets last time and i hope that this keyboard is waterproof, as I am drooling all over it just thinking about it), and the super friendly staff will cook it for you, or you can choose the fish on the preset menu. To put it into perspective how fresh the seafood is, I have once seen a fresh Octopus running away from the display cabinet. Best of all, being a keen fisherman, their selection of local bait is spectacular!!! Sooo, enough out of me, do yourself a flavour and visit this landmark establishment for yourself, and I guarantee that you will be as hooked as we are!!!
