  Rarely are there sufficient checkouts open and customers are frequently expected to use the self checkouts when they have a trolley load of groceries . The self checkout area is simply not designed for this and customers are left to place their bags on the floor, leading to more congestion in this small area.

  Good butchery, good vegetable department, but miss the fresh cheeses. Its spacious enough and the employees are very client friendly.

  The supermarket shopping was great and the service we had from the young girl was very polite and excellent, would give her 5 stars , but ruin when my husband went to get some tobacco, there was him and another gentlemen wIting, the grocery manager had come over to help at the 12 items or less area , finished, turned around look at the gentlemen and walked off, i went to car unloaded all the groceries and went back inside to find my husband who is still waiting to be served , the other gentleman has given up, the young girl who has now 3 other people waiting behind the lady who she is currently serving , finishes that lady and then serves my husband, but what happen to the grocery manager??? What you dont smoke so dont want to serve there? Maybe your not trained for that department? ? Either qY how absolutely rude of you ,maybe your have taken over from the young girl and she could have served the 2 gentleman, clearly you list one customer, if its a hassel to serve that department, then why have it in your store? As a grocery manager your actions digust me , learn customer service and fast if you would to work in that field
